The 360 3D scanner at the gym was an added incentive in the programme, as it gave you all the stats of your measurements/weight etc and updates throughout the process to provide goals to work to. Aimee and Mase are very welcoming and encouraging as well as putting you through your paces and providing you with the tools to improve your overall health and fitness levels. The nutrition advice from Aimee was invaluable and has changed my mindset for the better, as well as the fitness level achieved. Also the group sessions made the exercise more fun and along with advice for remote exercises was a winning combination to achieving my personal goal and losing weight above my expectations.
I do PT with Aimee and also participate in their bootcamp. She switches up my training program every month and provides me with training programs for in between sessions. Aimee is an amazing trainer and I feel very lucky to have her as my PT. She Inspires me to train hard and motivates me to keep working towards my goals.I would highly recommend Aimee and IPT Fitness to anyone, they have always encouraged and supported me and I look forward to continue training with IPT.
You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.
This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
